Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a nice reception area and seems quite posh but feels more geared towards business travelers rather than families. While the food was really good and the rooms were clean and spacious, the location was quite unsafe, requiring long walks to find decent dining options. The beach was not private, with vendors constantly approaching, and the pool lacked size for both adults and children, making it less than ideal for families.
I had a really rocky start to my holiday with this hotel. Although the reception area looked quite impressive and the views from the rooms were beautiful, overall I felt it didn’t live up to the promised 4-star standards. The staff were not very welcoming, and the hotel felt more suited for business travelers rather than families. I learned an expensive lesson about booking online and ended up checking out early.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the views from the upper floors are stunning and the reception area is impressive, the service left much to be desired. The property feels dated and not very family-friendly. Overall, I didn't find the stay to be a good value for the price.
